RECIPE: Hershey's Chocolate Glaze
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons light corn syrup
1 Tablespoon water
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
In small saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup and water; place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Cool to room temperature. Pour over cake. Makes about 1 cup.

[July 2017: I should remember to use a tablespoon or larger scoop when pouring it over little cakes. The iced teaspoons are handy for stirring, but not so much for application.]
