I dont remember who posted the original (it had peanut butter.. which I made and was very good as well). I plan to make fudge and candy for people at Christmas (can fudge be frozen????) Microwave Fudge 1 cup peanut butter (I used butterscotch chips last night) 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup margarine or butter 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) Place all ingredients except nuts in large microwabable bowl. Cook until melted, mix well & stir in nuts if desired. Pour into buttered baking dish (8x8). Refrigerate until set. Note: May also be done carefully on the stovetop in a saucepan.
