RECIPE: 1-2-3 Lemon Mousse

Beat together 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup lemon 
juice and 1 tsp. Lemon Extract. Spoon into dessert dishes.

RECIPE: Easy Lemon Frosting

Beat 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp. Lemon 
Extract. Add milk to spreading consistency.
