RECIPE: Chili Cheese Squares 5 eggs 1 clove garlic, minced 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups) 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (about 2 cups) 1 can (7 oz) whole chiles Break the eggs into your blender and add garlic, blend at medium speed for 10 seconds. In a well oiled 8x8" pyrex pan, alternate layaers of chiles with the shredded cheese, making 2 layers of chiles and cheese. Pour the egg-garlic mixture over all and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
