We took a recipe for Soft Pretzels, and figured out how to turn it into a recipe for Miniature Soft Pretzels. The recipe (without the photos) can be found elsewhere on this website.

I stayed up late one night making pretzels and freezing them. What you see are the last three balls of dough, and the three dozen little pretzels already formed. The end of the night's last batch is almost in sight.
