Grocery Shopping: You can find a 24-hour "Food 4 Less" store about 2 miles west of our site. You can get there via the OCTA Route 50 Bus for a dollar. (You'll notice that at the drive-thru "Casablanca" shack you can get espresso and a hot dog.)
As of Mar. 2009, they've moved to Santa Ana, and a 40 lb. bag of ice is $8. They close as 7:00 pm.

"ColorTyme Rent-To-Own" is a place you can rent furniture, appliances, and home electronics. We rented several couches and refrigerators from them for the 1996 Worldcon. About 2 miles west of our site.

Big K-mart, about 2 miles west of our site. K-mart has closed a number of stores nationwide, but this one's still busy.

Custom John's Head Shop, recently renamed to Custom John's General Store. Still sells psychedelic posters, rolling papers, and various related paraphernalia. About a block from Disneyland, at Harbor Blvd. and Ball Road. (There's also a "Headmost Posters" 2 miles west of our site, at Euclid and Katella Avenues.)
