0703-03 (lost: cmhs83.jpg)Steve Williamson, Debbie Poarch Krohnfeldt. I think Steve was the guy who was telling me that he gave me such a hard time in high school. I'm not sure what I was supposed to do with that information -- it wasn't phrased as an apology -- I've completely forgotten all the jerks and bullies from my school days. They have evaporated from my memory (along with so many others) and the faces of my tormentors are as strangers on the street, or as anonymous as the many CMHS students I never met (having left after 9th grade). (Saturday 21-Jul-2001) (In comparison, Greg Sabala said he was approached at the reunion by someone he'd beaten up in junior high, and Greg said he was so sorry and offered to let the guy kick his ass right there and then.) Steve's memory book page says: "I served ten years in the United States Army, two of which were in Germany. I enjoyed vacationing throughout much of Western Europe. Shortly after being reassigned to Boston, Massachussetts, I met my wife (excuse me, ex-wife) and together we have two wonderful children, a boy [Sean], now ten, and a girl [Paige], eight. As with most children that age, they are involved with a lot of activities so I stay pretty busy. I started working as an INS Officer in 1996. It has been extremely interesting and allows me to travel to many countries while returning persons to their country of origin." Debbie's memory book page says: "Attended OCC for a few years and met my husband [Tim Krohnfeldt]. We have been married for 10 yrs. We love to go camping, go to the beach and ride bikes." 0703-08 (lost: cmhs88.jpg)Bob Ford. I remember Bob fondly from Davis Middle School. Wasn't Bob the guy who did doodles of Jimmy Carter, in the shape of a big peanut? Now he lives in Connecticut... works in New York and drives by the old neighborhood where my family once lived. He's a financial analyst, he follows Latin American markets for a New York-based firm. (Saturday 21-Jul-2001) Bob's memory book page says: "Joined Army following H.S. Spent time in Germany and North Carolina. BA, UCI and MBA, UCLA. Now working for New York based investment bank. Travel frequently to Latin America and Europe... Wife Farha, daughter Sofia." |
