The strawberries are on hand when you want to do something festive. Frozen Strawberry Daiquiris 1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1/2 cup light rum 3 tbsp. triple sec 1/3 cup water In a sturdy sealable plastic bag combine strawberries, sugar, and lime juice. Seal the bag, forcing out excess air. Knead lightly until sugar is dissolved. Freeze solid. To serve, break frozen berries into chunks and place in blender with the rum, triple sec, and water.
