A long time ago, you asked for the Mexican Hot CHocolate recipe off the 
magnet you gave me. 

Uh, I meant to get right back to you, but I forgot.

Here it is:

Heat 3 C. milk 'till bubbling
combine and add:
4 TBS unsweetened cocoa
1/4 C. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. each cloves and salt
1 tsp ea instant coffee & vanilla
Beat 'till frothy
Pour into mugs, dust with cinnamon.


Uh, I gotta go now, I need milk and instant coffee from the store :)
