A countertop mixer works well. Now that you've made all this great liquor, you need a good drink to use it. Try this one: FROZEN BLACK IRISH 1 part coffee liqueur 1 part Irish Cream 1 part vodka 1-2 scoops chocolate ice cream Mix ingredients in a blender and then add ice. Blend until smooth. Colver" Subject: Irish Cream Liqueur Great Irish Cream Liqueur recipe - keeps up to one month in the frig (guess it's all the alcohol -"pickles" the perishable stuff!) 1 3/4 cups of liquor (brandy, rum, bourbon, whiskey, scotch or rye) 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand (Condensed) Milk 1 cup whipping cream 4 eggs 2 TBSP chocolate syrup 2 tsp instant coffee 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract Combine in blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice Store in tightly covered container, stir before serving Enjoy! The alcohol makes you forget about the calories, fat, and cholesterol. Whirl at high speed until well blended and smooth. Serve immediately over ice. Or cover tightly and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Stir before serving.
