Recipe: Pat's Special Coffee

2 tsp instant Coffee (I use Yuban Crystals)
1 tsp ground Chocolate (I use Ghirardelli's)
1 TB Cinnamon Sugar (see attached)

Mix with boiling water.  Add cream or milk (or ice cream), and rum or 
whiskey (optional) to taste.

(I scale this up, and keep it in a jar with a tablespoon inside so I can 
just scoop out two tablespoons.)

Recipe: Cinnamon Sugar

Mix 1 cup (16 TABLESPOONS) sugar with every 2 TABLESPOONS cinnamon.
