RECIPE: Camper's Cocoa - Jocelyn Baden

1 large box nonfat dried milk, 20 or 30 quart size?
1 lb confect sugar
1 large jar of nondiary creamer
largest possible tin of instant cocoa mix, or two of the other large size

Put the whole thing together in a large bucket, roll it around until
it's all mixed.
