Ingredients Large loaf (1 1/2 lb.) 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons 1 cup + 2 TABLESPOONS bread flour 1 2/3 cups 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cups 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons 1 TABLESPOON vegetable oil 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS 2 TABLESPOONS honey 3 TABLESPOONS 3/4 cup + 1 TABLESPOON water 1 1/4 cupsAdd all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual [on my machine, that means yeast, dry ingredients, liquid] and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

[I made this the other night, to see if my bread machine still works. It does. It came out with a nice dark crusty crust, and good 'n chewy (more so than I expected given the "light" name).]
